In The Still Of The Night | I Concentrate On You | With A Little Help From My Friends
The UN refugee agency, UNHCR, brought together several internationally known singers and musicians for a concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall in aid of refugees and displaced people from the war-torn Darfur region of Sudan.
Barbara Hendricks, Mick Hucknall, Chrissie Hynde, Jocelyn Brown, Lemar, Andrew Coleman and the group Franz Ferdinand took part in the gala evening event featuring the music of Cole Porter. The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra accompanied the artists as they performed Cole Porter in their own varied styles.
